Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your Lukhanyo Mdingi pieces. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Returned with the original identification tag and seal intact.
• In its original packaging, with proof of purchase (your order number).

How to return To start a return or exchange, email us at [CLIENT: returns/support email] with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping [CLIENT: confirm who pays return shipping. Typical approach: the customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover it when an item is faulty or incorrect.]

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within [CLIENT: e.g. 5 to 10] business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
